IN WITNESS WHEREOF, this VOTING SUPPORT AGREEMENT AND IRREVOCABLE PROXY has been duly executed by the Parties in San Diego County, California, and shall be effective as of and on the Effective Date set forth in Article I of this Agreement. THIS SERVICES AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”) dated as of August 13, 2013 (the “Effective Date”), is entered into between PURE BIOSCIENCE INC., a Delaware corporation (“Company”), with a place of business at 1725 Gillespie Way, El Cajon, CA California, 92020; and, PILLAR MARKETING GROUP, INC., a California Corporation (“PILLAR”), with a place of business at 4570 Campus Drive #2, Newport Beach, California, 92660. Company and PILLAR are sometimes referred to collectively herein as the “Parties”, and each individually as a “Party”. In consideration of the promises and the mutual covenants contained herein, and for other good and valuable consideration, the receipt and sufficiency of which are hereby acknowledged, the Parties, intending to be legally bound, hereby agree as follows:
