This TERMINALLING, TRANSPORTATION AND STORAGE SERVICES AGREEMENT (the “Agreement”) is dated as of [—], 2013, by and among Western Refining Company, L.P., a Delaware Limited Partnership, Western Refining Southwest, Inc., an Arizona Corporation (collectively, “WNR”), on the one hand, and Western Refining Terminals, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (“WRT”), on the other.
