This Employment Agreement (the “Agreement”) is entered into and is effective as of August 6, 2013 (the “Effective Date”) in McLean, Virginia, by and between Alion Science and Technology Corporation, a Delaware corporation with its principal place of business at 1750 Tysons Boulevard, Suite 1300, McLean, Virginia 22102 (the “Company”) and Barry M. Broadus, an individual (the “Executive”).
