THIS AMENDMENT NO. 1 TO AGREEMENT AND PLAN OF MERGER, dated as of September 17, 2013 (this “Amendment”), amends, supplements and modifies that certain Agreement and Plan of Merger dated as of June 28, 2013 (the “Agreement”), and is made by and between Peoples Financial Services Corp.
