This Second Amendment (“Amendment”) to the Employment Agreement by and between Natural Alternatives International, Inc., a Delaware corporation (“Company”), and Kenneth E. Wolf (“Employee”), dated effective as of February 11, 2008, as amended June, 28, 2010 (“Agreement”), is made and entered into effective as of July 1, 2013. Unless otherwise defined herein, capitalized terms shall have the meanings given them in the Agreement.

THIS THIRD AMENDMENT TO LEASE (this “Amendment”) is made this 31 day of July, 2013, by and between CWCA VISTA DISTRIBUTION 77, L.L.C., a Delaware limited liability company (“Landlord”), and NATURAL ALTERNATIVES INTERNATIONAL, INC., a Delaware corporation (“Tenant”).

LeDoux (“Employee”), dated effective as of January 30, 2004, and most recently amended June 28, 2010 (“Agreement”), is made and entered into effective as of July 1, 2013. Unless otherwise defined herein, capitalized terms shall have the meanings given them in the Agreement.
