THIS EXECUTIVE EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT (the “Agreement”), is made and entered into on September 19, 2013, but for all purposes shall be effective as of October 21, 2013 (the “Effective Date”), by and between VAALCO Energy, Inc., a Delaware corporation (hereafter “Company”) and Steven Guidry (hereafter “Executive”). The Company and Executive may sometimes hereafter be referred to singularly as a “Party” or collectively as the “Parties.”
