THIS CONSULTING AGREEMENT (the “Agreement”) is made and entered into this 6 day of June 2013 by and between Sims Metal Management Limited, an Australian company duly organized under law and having a usual place of business at Sir Joseph Banks Corporate Park, Suite 3, Level 2, 32-34 Lord Street Botany NSW 2019 Australia (hereinafter referred to as the “Company”) and Daniel W.
