VOTING AGREEMENT, dated as of October 23, 2013 (this “Agreement”), by and among R. R. Donnelley & Sons Company, a Delaware corporation (“Parent”), Joe R. Davis (the “Shareholder”) and Consolidated Graphics, Inc., a Texas corporation (the “Company”).
