THIS SALES AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”) dated as of November 12, 2013, between Meyers Associates, LP (doing business as Brinson Patrick, a division of Meyers Associates, L.P.) (the “Sales Manager”), having its principal office at 3 Columbus Circle, 15th Floor, New York, NY 10019, and Capstead Mortgage Corporation, a corporation organized and existing under the laws of the State of Maryland (the “Company”).
