This Employment Agreement (“Agreement”) is made effective as of January 1, 2013 ( the “Effective Date”) between CMRG APPAREL, LLC, (the “Company”), a “Related Entity” as defined in the 2006 Incentive Compensation Plan, as amended, of Destination XL Group, Inc., a Delaware corporation with an office at 555 Turnpike Street, Canton, Massachusetts, 02021 (“DXLG” which term includes any affiliates and subsidiaries), and Peter E. Schmitz (the “Executive”) having an address at 170 Congdon Street, Providence, RI 02906.
