This AGREEMENT (“Agreement”) is hereby entered into as of January 1, 2014, by and between CLIFTON SAVINGS BANK (the “Bank”), a New Jersey-chartered financial institution, with its principal offices at 1433 Van Houten Avenue, Clifton, New Jersey, 07015, CLIFTON SAVINGS BANCORP, INC. (the “Company”), a federally-chartered corporation and the holding company of the Bank, and PAUL M. AGUGGIA (“Executive”).
