This AMENDED AND RESTATED SALE AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”), dated as of December 1, 2013, by and among Bluegreen Timeshare Finance Corporation I, a Delaware corporation (the “Depositor”), BXG Timeshare Trust I, a statutory trust formed under the laws of the State of Delaware (the “Issuer”), and their respective permitted successors and assigns, hereby amends and restates in its entirety that certain Sale Agreement, dated as of May 1, 2006, by and between the Depositor and the Issuer (as amended from time to time, the “Original Agreement”).
