This Purchase Agreement (this “Agreement”), dated as of July 26, 2013, is by and between Champion Plus Group Limited, a company organized under the laws of the British Virgin Islands (the “Purchaser”), and China Mobile Games and Entertainment Group Limited, a company organized under the laws of the Cayman Islands (the “Company”).
