This STOCK PURCHASE AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”), is entered into as of March 6, 2014 by and between Columbia Laboratories, Inc., a Delaware corporation (the “Company”), and Coventry Acquisition, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company corporation, as successor by conversion to Coventry Acquisition, Inc.
