This Second Amended and Restated Information Technology Services Agreement (the “Agreement”) is entered into as of the Effective Date among HP Enterprise Services, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company(“Provider”) (f/k/a Electronic Data Systems Corporation, a Delaware corporation (“EDS”)), and Sabre Inc.
