This Award Agreement (this “Agreement”) is entered into effective as of March 7, 2014, (the “Grant Date”), by and between Waste Management, Inc., a Delaware corporation (the “Company”) (together with its Subsidiaries and Affiliates, “WM”), and you (“Employee”). At all times, the Awards under this Agreement are subject to the terms and conditions of the Waste Management, Inc. 2009 Stock Incentive Plan (the “Plan”), this Agreement, and all applicable administrative interpretations and practices.
