This Credit Agreement (the “Agreement”) dated as of May 8, 2013, is among Inland American Real Estate Trust, Inc., a corporation organized under the laws of the State of Maryland (the “Borrower”), KeyBank National Association, a national banking association, JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A., a national banking association, and the several other banks, financial institutions and entities from time to time parties to this Agreement (collectively, the “Lenders”), KeyBank National Association, not individually, but as “Administrative Agent”, and JP Morgan Chase Bank, N.A., not individually but as “Syndication Agent”.
