This Control Agreement (this “Agreement”), dated April 3, 2014 is by and among FS Investment Corporation (the “Borrower”), ING Capital LLC, as collateral agent for the Lenders (as defined below) and certain other secured parties (in such capacity, including any successor in such capacity, the “Agent”), and State Street Bank and Trust Company, a Massachusetts trust company (“Custodian”).
