This Registration Rights Agreement (this “Agreement”) is dated as of April 8, 2014, by and among Beazer Homes USA, Inc., a Delaware corporation (the “Company”), and each of the Guarantors (as defined herein) (the Company and the Guarantors are referred to collectively herein as the “Issuers”), on the one hand, and Citigroup Global Markets Inc., as representative of the several Initial Purchasers (as defined herein), on the other hand.
