THIS MANAGEMENT SERVICES AGREEMENT, is made as of the 21st day of April, 2014 (the “Effective Date”) by and between CHP WATERCREST AT BRYAN TX TENANT CORP., a Delaware corporation (“Tenant”), and RES ICD MANAGEMENT L.P., a Texas limited partnership, d/b/a Integrated Property Management (hereinafter “Management Company”).
