THIS ACKNOWLEDGEMENT OF 11111 PREMISES COMMENCEMENT DATE AND 11111 PREMISES EXPIRATION DATE is entered into as of [ ], 20[ ], with reference to that certain Third Amendment to Lease (the “Amendment”) dated as of April 18, 2014, by IGNYTA OPERATING, INC., a Delaware corporation (“Tenant”), in favor of BMR-COAST 9 LP, a Delaware limited partnership (“Landlord”).
