(“Lincoln Distributor”), AIM Variable Insurance Funds (Invesco Variable Insurance Funds) (“AVIF”), an open-end management investment company organized as a Delaware statutory trust, on behalf of its series, Invesco V.I. Comstock Fund (the “Invesco Fund”), and Invesco Distributors, Inc. (“Invesco Distributor”) (collectively, the “Parties”).
