(the "Adviser"), on behalf of Invesco Van Kampen Bond Fund, and each of Invesco Canada Ltd., Invesco Asset Management Deutschland GmbH, Invesco Asset Management Limited, Invesco Asset Management (Japan) Ltd., Invesco Australia Limited, Invesco Hong Kong Limited, and Invesco Senior Secured Management, Inc.
