THIS AWARD AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”) is made by and between Quintiles Transnational Holdings Inc., a North Carolina corporation (the “Company”), and [Insert Name of Grantee] (the “Optionee”) pursuant to the provisions of the Quintiles Transnational Holdings Inc. 2013 Stock Incentive Plan (the “Plan”), which is incorporated herein by reference.
