SENIOR SECURED REVOLVING CREDIT AGREEMENT dated as of March 11, 2011 ( this “Agreement”), among THL CREDIT, INC., a Delaware corporation (the “Borrower”), the LENDERS party hereto, and ING CAPITAL LLC, as Administrative Agent. WHEREAS, the Borrower has requested that the Lenders (as defined herein) extend credit to the Borrower from time to time pursuant to the commitments as set forth herein and the Lenders have agreed to extend such credit upon the terms and conditions hereof; and
