THIS MASTER SERVICE AGREEMENT (“MSA”) is effective January 1, 2014 (the “Effective Date”) by and between Ace Data Centers, Inc., a Utah corporation (“Licensor”), and The Endurance International Group, Inc., a Delaware corporation (“Licensee”).
