Pursuant to Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 41(a)(l)(A)(ii), plaintiff Juniper Networks, Inc. and defendant Palo Alto Networks, Inc. hereby jointly move and stipulate that all claims between the parties be dismissed with prejudice, with each party to bear its own costs, expenses and attorneys’ fees.
