A The Family Sellers and the Management Sellers are the legal and beneficial owners of the shares set out set out opposite their respective names in Part 1 of Schedule 1. The Trustee Sellers are the legal owners of the shares set out set out opposite their respective names in Part 1 of Schedule 1. The Family Sellers, the Management Sellers and the Trustee Sellers together are the legal and beneficial owners of the whole of the issued share capital of the Target.
