This REGISTRATION RIGHTS AGREEMENT, dated July 1, 2014 (the “Agreement”), is entered into by and among SBA Communications Corporation, a Florida corporation (the “Company”), and the several initial purchasers listed in Schedule 1 hereto (the “Initial Purchasers”).
