This Intellectual Property License Agreement (the “Agreement”) is made and effective as of October 5, 2006 (the “Effective Date”), by and between ALZA Corporation, a Delaware corporation (“ALZA”) and The Macroflux Corporation, a Delaware corporation (“TMC”).
