This Employment Agreement (this “Agreement”), dated May 5, 2014 (the “Execution Date”), is entered into between Morgans Hotel Group Co., a Delaware corporation (the “Company”), and Meredith L. Deutsch (the “Executive”) (collectively, the “Parties” and each, a “Party”).
