Fidus Investment Corporation, a Maryland corporation (the “Company”), and Fidus Investment Advisors, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (the “Advisor”) registered as an investment advisor under the Investment Advisers Act of 1940, as amended, and the rules and regulations thereunder (the “Advisers Act”), confirms its agreement with Raymond James & Associates, Inc. and Robert W.
