THIS EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”), dated effective as of May 1, 2014 (the “Effective Date”) is entered into by and between Victory Electronic Cigarettes Corporation, a Nevada corporation (the “Company”), and James McCormick, an individual with a physical address at 842 Moorings, Ada, Michigan 49301, (the “Executive”) (collectively, the “Parties,” individually, a “Party”).
