FIRST SUPPLEMENTAL INDENTURE, dated as of September 25, 2014 (the “Supplemental Indenture”), among THE GEO GROUP, INC., a corporation duly organized and existing under the laws of the State of Florida (herein called, the “Company”), the Initial Guarantors set forth on Schedule A hereto, and WELLS FARGO BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, a national banking association, as Trustee (herein called, the “Trustee”) to the Indenture, dated as of September 25, 2014, between the Company and the Trustee (the “Base Indenture” and, as supplemented by this Supplemental Indenture, the “Indenture”).
