THIS LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY AGREEMENT of ARP Rangely Production, LLC (the “Company”) dated as of May 5, 2014 is made by Atlas Energy Holdings Operating Company, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (the “Member”), to establish a limited liability company.
