This RESTATED EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”) is made and entered into effective as of April 1, 2014 (the “Effective Date”) by and among AMBIT BIOSCIENCES CORPORATION (the “Company”) and Annette North (the “Executive”). The Company and Executive are hereinafter collectively referred to as the “Parties”, and individually referred to as a “Party”.
