This Time Sharing Agreement (the Agreement), is made and entered into this 17th day of October, 2014, by and between International Paper Company, a New York corporation (“Operator” or the “Company”), and Mark. S. Sutton, chief executive officer of the Company (effective November 1, 2014), with a primary residence in Memphis, Tennessee (“User”), and becomes effective November 1, 2014.
