INVESTMENT ADVISORY AGREEMENT, made this 1st day of November, 2014 by and between DUPREE MUTUAL FUNDS, a Kentucky Business Trust, for and on behalf of Mississippi Tax-Free Income Series, (hereinafter called “Series”), and DUPREE & COMPANY, INC., a corporation organized and existing under the laws of the Commonwealth of Kentucky (hereinafter called the “Adviser”).
