Digital Realty Trust, Inc. (the “REIT”) and DLR LLC (the “Employer” and together with the REIT, the “Company”) are pleased to continue your employment with the REIT and the Employer on the terms and conditions set forth in this letter (this “Agreement”), effective as of November 23, 2014 (the “Effective Date”). This Agreement replaces and supersedes in its entirety that certain employment letter, by and between you and the Company, dated as of August 7, 2008, as amended (the “Prior Agreement”).
