This Amended and Restated Executive Employment Agreement (this “Agreement”) is entered into on , 2014 by and between Texas Capital Bancshares, Inc. (“TCBI”), which is the holding company of Texas Capital Bank, N.A. (“TCB”) (TCBI and TCB shall be collectively referred to herein as the “Company”), and [ ] (“Executive”).
