THIS AMENDED AND RESTATED DECLARATION OF TRUST is made by the Trustees on this 19th day of December, 2013, and amends and restates in its entirety the Master Trust Agreement of this Trust dated April 12, 1991, and any amendments thereto. This Amended and Restated Declaration of Trust is to be effective as of December 19, 2013.
