THIS AMENDED AND RESTATED EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”) is effective as of the 8th day of December, 2014 (the “Effective Date”), between UTi, Services, Inc., a California corporation (the “Company”), and Ed Feitzinger (“Executive”). This Agreement amends and restates in all respects the Employment Agreement dated as of October 1, 2012 between the Company and Executive (the “Prior Agreement”).
