This EMPLOYMENT AND NON-COMPETITION AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”) shall be effective as of January 1, 2015 (the “Effective Date”), by and among Richard Markee (the “Executive”), Vitamin Shoppe, Inc., a Delaware corporation (the “Parent”) and Vitamin Shoppe Industries Inc., a New York corporation (the “Company”) and their affiliates.
