This Retirement Agreement and Release (“Agreement”) is entered into between Gregory D. Wasson (“I” or “Employee”), Walgreens Boots Alliance, Inc. (“WBA”) and Walgreen Co. (“Walgreens”) (WBA, Walgreens and their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliated companies, predecessors, successors and assigns, collectively, the “Company”), describing the application of certain compensation, benefits, and other terms and conditions in connection with Employee’s retirement from the Company.
