As we discussed, your employment with Sabre Corporation (the “Company”) will terminate on October 31, 2014. Subject to your execution of the Company’s standard general release and your compliance with your obligations under Sections 8 and 9 of your employment agreement dated July 31, 2009 (the “Agreement”), you will receive the benefits to which you are entitled under the Agreement.
