AGREEMENT effective as of the 1st day of July, 2014, between Advisers Investment Trust (the “Trust”), an Ohio business trust having its principal place of business at 4041 N. High Street, Suite 402, Columbus, Ohio 43214, and Carne Global Financial Services (US) LLC (“Carne”), a Delaware limited liability corporation having its principal place of business at P. O. Box 151, Kenilworth, Illinois, 60043.

THIS AGREEMENT, dated as of January 31, 2015, is made and entered into by and between Advisers Investment Trust, an Ohio business trust (the “Trust”), on behalf of the funds (each a “Fund”) set forth on Schedule A attached hereto, as such Schedule A may be amended from time to time and Independent Franchise Partners, LLP, a limited liability partnership organized in the United Kingdom (the “Adviser”);

The Trust shall pay the annual fee, in quarterly installments, within fifteen (15) calendar days of receipt of invoice. The obligation to pay the fee shall begin as of the date of the commencement of operations for any Fund.
