This AGREEMENT is made and entered into as of February 6, 2015 (this “Agreement”) by and among BioScrip, Inc., a Delaware corporation (the “Company”), and each of the other parties listed on the signature pages hereto (each, an “Investor” and collectively, the “Investors”).
