THIS SECURITIES PURCHASE AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”) is made as of February 4, 2015, between Navios Maritime Partners L.P., a Marshall Islands limited partnership (the “Company”), and Navios Maritime Holdings Inc., a Marshall Islands corporation (the “Purchaser”).
