FIRST AMENDMENT, dated as of November 18, 2013 (this “First Amendment”), to the Credit Agreement, dated as of March 27, 2013 (the “Credit Agreement”), among ARRIS Group, Inc. (formerly known as ARRIS Enterprises I, Inc.) (the “Company”), ARRIS Enterprises, Inc.
