This Amended and Restated Executive Officer Employment Agreement (this “Agreement”) is being entered into as of March 4, 2015, and effective as of April 1, 2015 (the “Effective Date”) by and between AMERISAFE, Inc., a Texas corporation with its principal place of business in DeRidder, Louisiana (the “Company”) and G. Janelle Frost, a competent individual of the lawful age of majority who will principally render her services in DeRidder, Louisiana (the “Employee”).
